This dish is like the younger brother to the chicken francese. The Chicken Martini is (just as its name suggests) chicken with a romano crust cooked in a lemon and wine sauce. Strangely enough, one of my favorite parts of this meal is to dip the crunchy potato croquette into the sauce.
