I love Piermont. It is a quaint little town that comes equipped with good restaurants and a beautiful pier overlooking Westchester. My pulled pork quesadilla post reminded me of my favorite chicken quesadilla, which comes from this restaurant. Pulled, juicy chicken smothered in different cheeses… YUMSKI
